Bagaimana Distribusi Tenaga Listrik di Gedung Bertingkat

Hello everyone, back again with this channel in this video I will discuss how to distribute electricity in high-rise buildings such as hotels or apartments. Welcome to the state electricity company or commonly referred to as PLN as a provider of electricity for needs such as the industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.

Electricity generated by electric energy plants arrives in the commercial sector such as apartments with a voltage of 20,000 V or 20 kV when electricity from PLN enters the building area, it is first placed at the PLN electricity substation. The electricity substation is a building or a special room belonging to PLN,

So only PLN officers are involved. can enter this room inside this electrical substation there is a cubicle that functions as protection for the electrical installation system. The PLN side passes through the PLN cubicle then the electric current is connected to the building’s cubicle

Using a single cable of type N2XSY or NA2XSY with XLPE type cable insulation [music] enters the the medium voltage main distribution board or MVMDB [music] room according to the name of the room, inside there is a cubical that still uses the same 20 kV medium voltage as the PLN [music]

Cubical. This cubical belongs to the building itself so that building technicians can operate and monitor the current PLN. enter through this cubical so, this cubical is the protection of the electrical installation system on the side of the building with the same type of cable as before passing through the MVMDB room entering the

[music] transformer room using a step-down type transformer lowering the voltage, from a medium voltage of 20 kV to a low voltage of 220 /380 V so this transformer functions as a voltage reducer so that it can be used for household electronic equipment and other building utilities [music]

Then by using an N2XY or NA2XY cable, the output from the transformer is channeled to the low-voltage main distribution panel or LVMDP lvmdp panel as a central distribution of electrical power to all sub the panels in the [music] building

By using a breaker such as MCCB for protection of the electricity supply to each sub panel [music] is also equipped with a capacitor bank which has the main function as an inductive charge balancer before proceeding to the sub panel inside the building there is also a secondary power source or a backup power

Source This backup power source is a generator set or commonly called a large generator set that can perform automatic backups when the power source from PLN goes out or also when the voltage from PLN is too high or too low past the tolerance limit [music]

For controlling the generator can through the generator control panel or PKG on this PKG panel you can monitor the condition of the generator and also the current generated by the generator when it is turned on

So that the electric current generated by the generator can be channeled to the LVMDP panel through the PKG panel [music] back again to the LVMDP panel so this panel also functions as a switchboard can move the source of electric current used between PLN or generators

Where the automatic switching control remains through the PKG [music] panel for distribution to the sub panel can use NA2XY cables and NYY cables and also use FRC type heat resistant cables for emergency utility these cables channeled through ladder cables and electrical shafts in the electric room [music]

Into the distribution section to various types of sub panels such as the motor control center or MCC panel which functions as a control center for various electric motors such as exhaust fans, air conditioners, water pumps and others. -otherwise , there are also lighting sub panels

Used for internal lighting such as corridors and other room lighting used also for external lighting such as facades and also garden lighting always for electricity supply for each apartment unit placing panels in electrical rooms divided on each floor or zone certain [music] s In this distribution panel, there is an electric KWH meter

To find out how much electricity is used by each apartment unit [music] then it is channeled using a NYY cable into the apartment unit [music] in this apartment unit electric current is received at the MCB box for distribution of use between the MCB lights, sockets, and AC
